Mr Kenneth Maxwell was our Sales Retail Associate and has good customer service. The first car needed alignment I think because it pulled to the right, the second one needed breaks and was making a loud has good customer service. The wait time is what took away from my experience. I waited a little over 2hrs. I've gone to other Toyota dealerships and have been out in under 2hrs. My wait time is always over 2hrs at this dealership. More
