I got in touch with Rich Pisanti who responded very professionally. First of all, he listened to my issues and apologized for this service omission. He invited me up to the dealership on Thornton Rd., met me personally, & had a tech standing by to answer any questions that I might have. Long story short: Rich & his tech, Eric, made things right, and their level of concern for good business relationships reassured me that the service department currently has good leadership and knowledgeable technicians. I'll keep Thornton Rd. as my dealer of choice because they listened to my complaints, and then, solved my issues professionally and respectfully.
