I needed more help and I was told it might take awhile. I had already been there 2 1\2 hours for an oil change. I was given the service managers name and number which I called several times. I left my name and number each time, 4 days later he still has not contacted me. This wasn't to complain about the waiting time but to find out why one of issues wasn't addressed (info that was given to the service person handling our car). Still waiting for a call back. Really! Shows me that I wasn't important enough because I wasn't buying a new car. More
