New software update on my 2020 Highlander Hybrid caused a concern. Main Toyota Service Center had to be contacted. They had not seen this situation before. Brand new panel had to be ordered. Brought car in for service, service went well, but noticed servcie note says the service was for 42 months or 30K, both of which are not the case for the car. My service appointment with Jose went well. Unfortunately there was a line of 20 cars deep at 8:30, evidently people didn't show up for work.
