I arrived at 11:30am with an appointment. When I got there I thought that I would have a free oil change. Just bought a brand new Highlander (which I love btw)!!! Well come to find out I w When I got there I thought that I would have a free oil change. Just bought a brand new Highlander (which I love btw)!!! Well come to find out I was wrong. But it did take two hours by the time I got there and left. They rotated my tires, oil change and inspection. Overall good experience. More
