Best place to service your car. We were having trouble with the screen in the back window. It made a terrible noise when going up and down. I take my Toyota Rav4 to my local Toyota dealer but when in a bind, this location attempted to take advantage of me and recommended $7k of unneeded repairs. I had a light come on while traveling and not only did they not address the issue precipitating the engine light, they said ALL of the services were required in order to drive the car. Including my regular tune-up items that aren't recommended for another 1,000 miles according to TOYOTA SCHEDULE. Use these commissioned salesmen only if you don't mind handing over a blank check and have unlimited resources. More

Had a service visit Wednesday and was glad I had an appointment for they were so busy! My advisor, Chris, came to car to get my info’ and after getting the paperwork done told me it was going to take a appointment for they were so busy!
