Chris Montalbano, the Service Advisor, is very professional, polite, and does the best he can. However, I've learned to "back check" the services performed when I get home. Was told it wasn't their fault & had to purchase a new one. As the fluid levels were low & a nail was in one tire, I had to return after another visit to have this corrected. If it wasn't to assure myself that the Toyota warranty would be honored by the dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased, I don't know that I'd have my Tacoma serviced at this facility. More

I scheduled online which was easy. I never saw my advisor and they didn’t take a look at something I asked them to. They also didn’t rotate my tires like I requested. I tried to call 4 hours later and was transferred to a voicemail. When I picked up my car after work my bill wasn’t explained. I also didn’t even have a new oil change sticker reminding me when my next oil change is. My other car is a Kia and that service center is top notch! They call and text me about any findings in the inspection. They go through The bill and recommendations at pick up. They also let me know via text when my car is ready. No comparison. I won’t go back to Toyota unless I must for a recall. More

First, they send way too many emails asking for you to leave a review about your service... five within the span of 11 days to be exact. Second, regarding the service, I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change to be completed whereas at other Toyota locations I am in and out in an hour or an hour and a half. Why do they allow so many appointments to be scheduled at the same time to the point where it takes multiple hours after the scheduled appointment time before your vehicle is even seen? That all being said, the front end service representative I worked with was friendly and professional. More
