I've taken in my RAV4 hybrid with just under 36,000 miles three times now because my MPG is around 32 vs. the 41/38 advertised. I will say the last time it seemed like they really tried and did not charge three times now because my MPG is around 32 vs. the 41/38 advertised. My disappointment is that no one after three tries and calling in master mechancis could find anything wrong. Current MPG reading is just under 31. Frustrating that they are not able to find why the car is not performing as advertised. If nothing else is done, I will sell the car for a hybrid that actually delivers closer to manufacturing claims. again, Barry was very good to work with , I'm just not happy they couldn't find anything wrong and apparently I bought a lemon. Not only did the service take a lot longer than quoted, the technicians never put back the inside bottom panels of my dash back together after checking for recall repairs. They took off the little trash can I had on my center console and just tossed it on the back floor board and didn’t bother putting it back. To top it off, my car entered the dealership with the front grill attached and left without it. I’ve left messages, emails, calls, texts, you name it and haven’t heard back from anyone and it’s been over a week. Avoid this place at all costs. More
