I was a little disappointed in Jean's customer service skills at the Rental desk due to her lack of helping the customer when there were multiple people in line waiting to be helped. Every time I interact with her I get a sense of "Don't want to be here." Other than that, no complaints here! My process was quick and easy even though I was not able to use a Toyota rental, they did cover a rental and shuttle service from Enterprise to accomodate me. AutoNation Toyota is awesome! More

This dealership needs to restructure the Cashier & Valet situation. It should not take 30 minutes to pick up my car. One Cashier working and the ticket is never in their files so they have to spend 5 minu situation. It should not take 30 minutes to pick up my car. That is excruciating when there are several people in line waiting to pay and they have to do that for every person. For the Valet, there were 7 people standing out in the heat at the Valet and noone showed up for 15 minutes. I had to get the attention of the Service Director for assistance. More
