Went in for battery replacement, was told time to complete would be 1.5hr, received a text at 1hr with recommendations of other work totaling over $1000. Appreciate the estimate given so I can utilize going to the gym using the free service of taking the customer within a 10 mile radius. The concern is I asked how late for pickup. I was advised to call around 2pm for a pickup of 230. Around 4 the driver called to say it would be another 30-45 minute as he was the only driver. I had to call a friend to pick me up and take me to the dealership. I would suggest developing quality control for this service. I'm very patient and understand a delay, but the delay was excessive.
