When I arrived I was greeted right away and checked in. After check in I waited approximately 30 minutes to be assisted by a service team member. After waiting 30 minutes I exited my truck and inform the rep that greeted me that I have my infant soon in the truck and my appointment is 30 minutes behind schedule. My scheduled advisor was off, but a new one eventually took over. There was no upselling and the oil change took a couple hours. It got hairy when picking up my vehicle, seemed everyone was done at the sa took over. There was no upselling and the oil change took a couple hours. It got hairy when picking up my vehicle, seemed everyone was done at the same time and the valet had trouble finding keys, but it worked out. Overall, I think Autonation may be my favorite over Riverview and Big Two. More

From the time I checked in, to checking out, the service I received was great. Barry Miller, Service Manager went above and beyond to help me find a Honda Auto Nation so I could get my HRV serviced there b I received was great. Barry Miller, Service Manager went above and beyond to help me find a Honda Auto Nation so I could get my HRV serviced there because Toyota cannot service it for parts.
