Very efficient with the check in process when I got there. I had been to another Toyota dealer for my 5,000 mile oil change and to do the recall on my Rav 4. They told me it would take a really long there. I had been to another Toyota dealer for my 5,000 mile oil change and to do the recall on my Rav 4. They told me it would take a really long time to do the recall so I didn't do it and waited for 3 hours for the oil change. AutoNation Toyota was awesome. They kept me updated with pictures. Sam my service manager was really nice and helpful. I'll keep coming back to this site even though there is a closer dealer to me. More

I think that they don’t have the staffing to handle the customer load. I arrived at 10:20am for a 10:30am appointment. I was approached by someone who was not my service representative.
