Work was completed faster than I expected as I waited on my vehicle. However, getting cheap , no more doughnuts or fruit. Coffee ? Not even the free bottle of water anymore. Plus, no car wash. As always, Chris Keenan takes excellent care of our 1999 Toyota 4-Runner. He kept us informed on the issues and repairs necessary to fix our air conditioning. I waited in line 45 minutes before my vehicle was taken back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very pro back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very professional and did a great job. He just needs way more help in garage. I Iive in a town approximately 40 miles from the dealership so this oil change pretty much killed the whole day. This is a lot to put up with just to get a service job that is provided for in the warranty. This is not an isolated case, this is pretty much the same drill every time I get my vehicle serviced. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
