Pre-scheduled a basic oil change and showed up on time. Took over 2 hours to get done. No communication in regards to status of vehicle or recommendations of repairs. Finally had to go ask the representative outside how much longer. Over $88 for just a basic oil change for a small car!? Ridiculous as my previous Toyota dealer was less for an oil change AND tire rotation (would have been over $140 for both). Had to sit in the waiting room and hear a bunch of employees "bros" go on and on about how they were just in trouble for saying something inappropriate to another colleague and were reported to HR while making a joke about it. Wish I would have read the reviews. Would NOT recommend going here. Coffee machine was broke and place was not that clean. More
