I waited in line 45 minutes before my vehicle was taken back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very pro back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very professional and did a great job. He just needs way more help in garage. I Iive in a town approximately 40 miles from the dealership so this oil change pretty much killed the whole day. This is a lot to put up with just to get a service job that is provided for in the warranty. This is not an isolated case, this is pretty much the same drill every time I get my vehicle serviced. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

They really do not seem to care. They get you in there and tell you need a few things and then do not even go over it with you when you pay. They do not wash the cars anymore. I had an oil change appointment but was still there for over 3 hours. My keys were not handed to me, rather, they were thrown in the passenger seat. They used to do complimentary washes.
