I received an offer in the mail for a free check up so I called and made an appointment. When I arrived just for the check up, I was told it would take about an hour and a half - said it was a crazy morning called and made an appointment. When I arrived just for the check up, I was told it would take about an hour and a half - said it was a crazy morning. So why make an appointment? My main need was for air in the spare tire. He said he would try and get it done quicker. Thankfully he did do that. I requested that they place the spare with the stem downwards and the stem facing the back so it would be easy to get to. When the service adviser gave me the keys back, he said that they didn't place the spare as I wanted, they were able to fill the spare tire with air, but they could only put the pressure at 38 lbs. (I had requested 40) because if I hit a bump hard the spare could act like a bomb and explode. When I drove away I checked the tire pressure on the display and the pressure in the spare was 50! I think they were just in a hurry and did not want to pull the spare out and re position it. None of the other fluids or systems were checked. More

My service advisor Eddie was great as was the young man at the front desk. The shuttle service needs a secondary number as I was told to call before 2;45 and tried from 2:40 to 3:05 and no one answered the at the front desk. I’ve been taking my truck here to get serviced for the last 2 years and it’s the only place I trust because of how convenient they make the whole process for me. I bought my truck at a different dealershi last 2 years and it’s the only place I trust because of how convenient they make the whole process for me. I bought my truck at a different dealership and have taken my truck there to get serviced before but I wasn’t leased with the service so I only stick with Tempe Toyota. They are very good at keeping you informed on what services your truck will need and I do thank them for helping me keep my truck in good shape, especially with the amount of miles I put on it traveling.
