Most recent service experience. Eddie the service advisor was awesome as always. The tech that worked on my car came up with a laundry list of things that “need” to be done. What he doesn’t know is that all the services he said needed be were just all recently completed. Tranny flush- car has 111k miles. Just flushed at 80k. Last inspection, no issues. Less than 5k miles ago. Cabin filter- just changed myself about a month ago. Lasts about 12 months. I doubt he even checked. Air filters- same as above. But I change out every 6k miles Brakes- all 4 brakes changed out at 70-75k. No reason that front brakes are all worn out as noted. Comparing this report from the previous service inspection the front brake pad went 7 mm to 3 mm’s and the rears went from 6 mm’s to 7 mm’s. Never knew brake pads could get thicker. I’ve been using this dealership pretty much exclusive for service/repairs. I wish this didn’t happen because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of looking for a new mechanic but I guess it’s time unless the dealership can promise to assign a more competent tech. No issues or concerns with the service advisor. He is always on point and awesome to work with. More

Was not given an advisor. No contact until customer had to leave couple messages. I have been going to this dealership for services for more than 8 years. The service level keeps on deteriorating. The most recent one is especially disappointing. The service advisor does not seem to be more than 8 years. The service level keeps on deteriorating. The most recent one is especially disappointing. The service advisor does not seem to be interested in explaining the recommendations from car mechanics to the customer. When I arrived to pick up my car, I had to look around to find the service advisor to explain to me those recommendations. Needless to say, the advisor did not want to spend time explaining to me. I could not tell from his comments which recommendation should I absolutely follow. When the service advisor, Tuan To, was still with this car dealer, he was so fantastic in explaining in good details to me all the recommendations and let me make the decision. Not any more. I think it may be time to move on to another dealer. More
