I have been going to this dealership for services for more than 8 years. The service level keeps on deteriorating. The most recent one is especially disappointing. The service advisor does not seem to be more than 8 years. The service level keeps on deteriorating. The most recent one is especially disappointing. The service advisor does not seem to be interested in explaining the recommendations from car mechanics to the customer. When I arrived to pick up my car, I had to look around to find the service advisor to explain to me those recommendations. Needless to say, the advisor did not want to spend time explaining to me. I could not tell from his comments which recommendation should I absolutely follow. When the service advisor, Tuan To, was still with this car dealer, he was so fantastic in explaining in good details to me all the recommendations and let me make the decision. Not any more. I think it may be time to move on to another dealer. More
