I always thought highly of AutoNation Toyota until my visit yesterday. Took my Camry in for routine Oil Change & Tire rotation at 60,000 miles. Rep said your under warranty no cost. Later called me tell visit yesterday. Took my Camry in for routine Oil Change & Tire rotation at 60,000 miles. Rep said your under warranty no cost. Later called me telling me my warranty had expired so it would cost me $123. While i doubted he was correct what choice did i have ? The warranty was at home plus they were already working on the car. What really made me wonder is that while i was in the waiting area two other people made phone calls saying they were in for the same service & told their warranty expired thus have to pay $123 also. Very strange 3 people had the exact same issue at the same time. Then when the car was done the rep texted me saying you need a transmission flush for $349 ! I tracked the rep down saying why do i need a transmission flush since i had that service done at 50,000 miles at AutoNation only 4 months ago. He then checked the past records on the car which confirmed Toyota had done that 10,000 miles ago. Then he stated no need to do a transmission flush again. Very strange visit More
The AutoNation Toyota Tempe dealership is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. However, the service department was disappointing. I had to bring back my car because the issues I was experienc staff is friendly and professional. However, the service department was disappointing. I had to bring back my car because the issues I was experiencing was not fixed. They are still not fixed, which means I will need to bring it back again. My Service Manager was polite and understanding but my car issues were not resolved. More
Came in for 70000 mile oil change. Service Rep said warranty expired. I went over to Randy, Asst service manager. He took care of it, stating that the warranty was extended 1 year. Appreciated Randy’s expediting my service and getting my car worked on. Randy is one of the reasons I have bought 4-5 cars from AutoNation Toyota Tempe. Highly professional. More
When my car was rear-ended, Jessi Tays (service advisor) was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. He got the vehicle mounted on a rack and captured all the details of the vehicle damage, was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. He also kept me updated with progress on the repairs and since the parts came by sooner than planned, the repairs were all done and done well earlier than expected. Overall, very good experience with Jessi Tays and AutoNation Toyota Tempe!! More
I needed my Truck serviced and called in at the last min to see if i could get in. Not only did I get the 60,000 service done the next day it was exactly what i needed in terms of timing. The Service was quick the Service Adviser was amazing and clear. He let me know exactly what to expect. But everything he told me happened the way he explained. In todays world of lack of customer service from all industries. Its refreshing to see Tempe Toyota is so far above most service organizations. I recomend them to anyone needing service just amazing.
