I was upset with how the dealership handled me. They backed my car into a pole. No acknowledgment when I told them there was yellow paint all over the side of my car. I don't understand how you can hit something and not know. I watched it happen as well and once I told them that, they stopped trying to act like they did't do it. The manager also tried asking if it happened while there until I told him I watched them struggle to back out my car. I was extremely upset they hit my car. It is a brand new car with barely 5,000 miles on it. I got no apologies from anyone... They did however give me a free rental and take my car to the body shop and fix it for free. However the customer service just was not there. Tried to get away with it at first and then when offering to fix it, they still didn't seem to car about what they had done. I would give this more then one star because of Savannah at the rental desk, but the experience in itself was terrible. Savannah was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything and explained everything to me. I was told my car would be ready by a certain date and the wrong number had been used for me. So I went in and checked on my car and had her again. She talked me through what was going on and updated my number. When my car was ready, she was working again and remembered me and was expectional once again. She is the only person I dealt with who seems to know what customer service is. Sadly this dealership is near my house and I will not be returning because I do not trust them with the care of my car or them taking ownership of their mistakes. More

I have always had excellent service from Rich Taylor in the service department. He lets me know what is a immediate service requirement and what can be delayed until funds are available. the service department. I wish there was a way to separate this review between the dealership itself and the service center—the service center and the technicians (I had Rick this last time—very thorough) are fantastic! 5 stars the dealership itself and the service center—the service center and the technicians (I had Rick this last time—very thorough) are fantastic! 5 stars hands down. The only thing I wish the service center would invest in would be one of those devices that you can roll your car over to see if it actually *needs* an alignment before you agree to get one done. Other than that, 100% top notch, efficient, friendly, and helpful. The dealership itself is good, but it really depends on which sales person you get for how great of an experience you’ll have. We’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership and the first time the sales person had added in that we purchased $500 floor mats that I never knew about or received (or wanted in the first place) and had to fight to get that difference applied, and they roped us in to a warranty. The second time, we were wise enough to not get the warranty, and that was a battle of nerves in the signing office with the loan officer trying literally every option under the sun to get us to sign up for a warranty. (We managed to get out without the warranty this time.) So the dealership itself and sales personnel—somewhere between 2-3 stars. (Average, typical sales center annoyances, read EVERYTHING with a fine tooth comb to make sure they don’t add extra stuff into the contract, and you CAN ask them to slow down during the loan/contract signing when they rush you.) Service center closer to 5 stars. But since there’s no way to separate these reviews, I’ll give it a 4 so it doesn’t ding the service center side. More
