The sales department is nice and helpful. But the service department gives the worst customer service throughout all the dealers in the valley. First, there is almost no way to reach their service advisors even after one is assigned. The main phone number (option 1,3) will never reach anyone but voicemail box. The assigned advisor will not reply to my email , text, call until the repair is completed. No status update at all. Also when I first arrived for my appointment, I stood in the service department area next to my car for 22 minutes to have someone came over to talk to me. And then the young guy gave me a paper bag for signing and dropping off my key. Then no one came to me again. I had to wait for another 15 minutes and finally I walked around to find my advisor who was comfortably sitting in the booth and then I asked if I could have him my key. 30,000 mile check up, oil change, air system service and brake fluid change. My car is running great and my advisor Lorena was wonderful and saved me a lot of money.
