After several attempts to get a service advisor to call me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We ha me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We have been long term customers over 21 years. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles. We did get our truck in for service finally. Makes me think twice about buying another vehicle from Toyota if service is out of reach! This really saddened us. More businesses lack GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please don’t be one of these businesses. More
The part took almost two weeks to arrive and I was without a car for that time. I had to go out of town and had to rent a vehicle which added to the cost. The repair alone was quite expensive. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer. The last two service experiences were less than expected. I had an appointment for 11am. One hour later, my car was still sitting in the check in The last two service experiences were less than expected. I had an appointment for 11am. One hour later, my car was still sitting in the check in area. I was there 4 hours for what should have been a relatively simple service. When I got home, my husband was looking at the receipt….he asked me why I declined to have an alignment, I told him that no one asked me if I wanted one. The service employees were obviously way overbooked. More
