I know they are trying hard to sell cars and work on them. But the car shortage and short handed in the jobs did make it a bit challenging. My Mom purchased hers from them and they did great. After several attempts to get a service advisor to call me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles. We did get our truck in for service finally. Makes me think twice about buying another vehicle from Toyota if service is out of reach! This really saddened us.
