This is an excellent dealership that I have been going to gor nearly 20 years. The People are nice and trustworthy. I have never had an issue here. I went to a competitor for years, even bought several brand new cars there. However, the quality of customer service diminished so I thought I'd try AutoNation Toyota Tempe. I'm certainly glad I did. Serviced SUV per Toyota's recommended guidelines however, AutoNation offered three items that were over priced and two were not needed at all, totaling over $560. I have taken my Tacoma to AutoNation Toyota Tempe for service since I bought it because service was good, and prices were not much more than elsewhere, BUT: since COVID prices have greatly increased, an service since I bought it because service was good, and prices were not much more than elsewhere, BUT: since COVID prices have greatly increased, and tremendous amounts of "dealer fluff" repair suggestions have been added. And then to boot, they broke my windshield yesterday and after keeping me waiting another 15 minutes the service mgr's boss simply pointed at their sign saying they were not responsible for glass breakage. This spot WOULD have been my first stop for my next new car; now I will NEVER take any car back to them and NEVER shop at this facility again. I don't know if there was a management change or what, but what a terrible decline from outstanding to garbage. More
