I brought my truck in to have the front lower control arms replaced in May. I noticed a new noise but thought it was shocks or something that needed replaced. After a while it got worse and my Two front arms replaced in May. I noticed a new noise but thought it was shocks or something that needed replaced. After a while it got worse and my Two front tires were wearing bald on the outsides. I went to Discount to get tires and the tech said that my control arms were loose and needed to be tightened before he would do anything. I took my truck back to Tempe Toyota to have them fix what they didn't do and to realign. I also wanted my two front tires replaced at no cost. They acknowledged their mistake but I didn't even get an apology. The Service Manager tried to extort me by saying he would replace them only if I bought 2 tires for the back. Luckily I recorded it because now I'm filing a lawsuit. They are lucky that I didn't get into an accident because my truck was all over the road. WILL NOT GO BACK EXCEPT TO GET MY TIRES. More
