While it was a VERY STRESSFUL situation, I knew Rich would know exactly what we should do. I know I can also rely on your Service Department managers Chris and Brandon! They are also friendly and super knowledgeable and, in the past, have shown the ability to cut through the proverbial red tape to get me back on the road (whether it's my car or a rental) when I have more serious problems (like when my catalytic converter was stolen and I had to deal with my insurance company, getting a rental, and getting my car repaired). Until my last matainence check as was good. But shortly after leaving my most recent visit my battery died. When I got it checked at autozone, I was told the battery was bad. I am usually really excited about getting my vehicle serviced. This appointment I learned that I had two free oil changes I could have used but sadly this is the first time a tech has told me this.
