I usually have a fast and quality service at AutoNation, however this last visit was not the best. I was in for an oil change at 7am and told that it would take an hour and a half. I went outside to check o however this last visit was not the best. I was in for an oil change at 7am and told that it would take an hour and a half. I went outside to check out the new inventory. I came back in around 8am, sat and waited. I heard nothing at 0830, and figured they must really be busy. At 9:10 I walked up to the cashier and asked about my truck. She looked on the computer and told me it was done. She then went out into the service garage to get my paperwork. She returned within a few minutes and apologized for the wait. This was a free oil change offer that I received in an email. If this was sent to me to entice me to get further maintenance on my Tundra, they failed because when I got home I looked at my paperwork which showed that the truck was ready around 0830, as promised. I waited for around 3 hours and have not received the car service papers even after follow-up. Initially, they told me, it would cost ~$25, but got free service due to delay at their end.
