They always remind me instead of the other way around. I do not have to worry about keeping track of my vehicle as they do all the work for me. The car went in for a 5000 routine maintenance, and the air went out right before the service appointment. While I was checking in for service, the check engine light came on. Jose said they would look at that as well. 2 days later, Jose updated me about the ac issues, I asked again about the check engine and error code and was told it was just a system update. I asked why did the check engine light come on for that and my concerns were dismissed. I asked for the error code and a simple google search revealed that the system update that I was told the code meant was not in fact the real meaning. The code had to do with the idle control system malfunction and I had mentioned about the throttle response being a concern. My concerns were again brushed off. When, after 35 days I was told I could pick up my car, I asked about the throttle response again and he said he would check on it again. When I went to pick it up, the service advisor, the service manager and the director of service were no where to be found!!!! I had no one to talk to about what was done with my car! I was told that they were going to be meeting with the general manager the next day and someone would contact me within a day or 2. It has now been over 45 days and still no contact. More

It shouldn't take 3. 5 hours to do oil change & tire rotation. When I brought my car in they said it would be 1.5 hours. If I had known 3.5 hours it would be I would of go 5 hours to do oil change & tire rotation. When I brought my car in they said it would be 1.5 hours.
