Had a 15 minute wait in line of cars arriving for check in for 9 AM appointment. When I made the appointment the day before, the customer service person estimated the work would take an hour. When I checked in, the service advisor said it would take 2-2.5 hours. In reality it took 3 hours. In spite of the long wait the advisor kept me updated on the progress. He explained the cost of additional work needed and got my decision before proceeding. I had questions checking out. The cashier got clarification from the advisor and provided a price reduction. The service is pricy, but they stand behind their work. More
