My experience with the Autonation Toyota Tempe service center was good. Nothing extraordinary. On their website, they mention a complementary car wash but in the past two years, I never received it even a center was good. Nothing extraordinary. Every time after service they will provide a big list of things that need to be fixed. Just by looking at the car model does not matter how much you have driven it or how well you have maintained it. I have been taking my car to this dealership for 16 years. They have done a good job doing regular maintenance and also a couple of repairs. They’re more expensive than taking it a purely mechanic’s s years. They have done a good job doing regular maintenance and also a couple of repairs. They’re more expensive than taking it a purely mechanic’s shop… but they offer a comfortable place to wait while the automobile is being serviced., I took away a star because during my last visit I had to wait much longer than usual even though I was at my appointment on time. Perhaps they were short-handed or maybe they just forgot me until I reminded them. I saw people who came in after me get their cars back earlier. No explanation was given. My service tech was pleasant enough, but I would have appreciated an update every 45 mins to an hour. If I knew it was going to take so long I would have taken their shuttle to go home and get work done. It shouldn’t take over 3 and some hours to do an oil change. Also… they used to have a service that really appreciated. A car wash after every service. That’s gone by the wayside, as well. I’d take my car to them again. I just wish they would be more mindful of people’s time. We all have work to do. More
