Had my 2014 Venza in for the 110K miles service. I chose to wait rather than drop off. while it took 15 minutes at intake, the actual time for the appointment felt right. Advisor explained recommended services but was not pushy. I do wish this simple air cabin filter would’ve been mentioned because I would’ve chose to have that done since it’s a low cost. I wish you would bring back the car wash after service. More
