I recently had service done on my Toyota Avalon and was very pleased with the experience. I had noticed a sound coming from my driver's side tire and mentioned it to the team. While they couldn’t find anyt very pleased with the experience. I had noticed a sound coming from my driver's side tire and mentioned it to the team. While they couldn’t find anything wrong after their inspection, they went above and beyond by having the service manager take a test drive with me to see if I could point out the sound I was hearing. Even though we couldn’t replicate it, they reassured me that I could bring it back once the sound returned, and they would repair it if there was an issue. I truly appreciate how they took the time to listen to my concerns and offered such great service. More

Out of every dealership in Arizona this is the only Toyota dealership that I will go to. AutoNation Toyota Tempe was transparent with my concerns on my tires, got me a quote and explained to me all of Toyota dealership that I will go to. There was no pressure I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything that I didn’t actually need for my 23 Hybrid Camry. Every other Toyota dealership I have visited including 4+ hours away and have had nothing but a bad experience and no execution on my concerns, no solutions provided until I went to AutoNation Toyota Tempe. I pay a lot of money for my car and I felt like they appreciated my business and transparent no surprises when I went to pay. More
