This dealer has not offered car washing after the maintenance service since pandemic. The reason is nobody want to work!?!?! This is a very ridiculous reason. Terrible experience right up to service director who never returned my call. Took a whole week to service my truck and then tried to get me to over pay. In addition didn't fix my truck completely and I never returned my call. Took a whole week to service my truck and then tried to get me to over pay. In addition didn't fix my truck completely and I had to figure out what was wrong. Advisor Shannon was very poor and didn't get call back from manager as requested. I hope this never happens to anyone else. Use to be good but I have to leave this negative as I felt taken advantage of and treated less than a person 11/24/23 Chris Keenan, the service manager, called me back and apologized for the inconvenience and misinformation I received during this last service appointment. He is a great person and I am happy to get everything straightened out by him. More

Phone system is a disaster as it’s almost impossible to talk to a real person about the status of your service repair. Additionally, no one updated me in any way after 3+ hours about what was going on wit talk to a real person about the status of your service repair. Additionally, no one updated me in any way after 3+ hours about what was going on with my car. I had to drive to the dealership and inquire and found out the necessary part was not available until the next day. Totally frustrating experience this last time which generally is not the case with my usual service rep. Someone was filling in for him and wasn’t very good at it. More
