Service Advisor Jorge Ibarra did an outstanding job of customer service today. I brought my 2014 Camry Hybrid in for maintenance and for repair of the front bumper which was loose on one side due to hangi customer service today. I brought my 2014 Camry Hybrid in for maintenance and for repair of the front bumper which was loose on one side due to hanging up on a parking block. Jorge was very helpful in discussing the issues. He returned the car in very good time AND the bumper was fixed at no charge. I appreciate that - I have been coming here since 2014 and have never felt that charges were being piled on.
