Had to call Toyota USA and had Toyota USA call Auto Nation / Power Toyota Tempe on a three way call. We still couldn’t get the service department on the phone. So I / we left a message again, the service department finally called me back about 4 hours later. I could tell by the tone and the replies they were very upset!. Needless to say I hope others read this and consider going elsewhere...
