My car took some damage while in for a service. It is now back in the shop for repairs. good news is they gave me a rental car. Eddie Alameda has been my service advisor since 2014. He is the greatest!!!!! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He never tries to over sale service. He's our go to guy for service!! They didn't fix radio as asked, they assumed it was an update issue. Wiped my phone from the radio, and the touch screen still does not work. No courtesy wash job, lets stop blaming covid for everything. You could make sure your crew is vaccinated and wearing masks.
