Superb Service & Veteran Friendly I was surprised to see the recent review indicating a non-friendly to Vet's response. I found otherwise. While I was waiting for my service-work on I was surprised to see the recent review indicating a non-friendly to Vet's response. I found otherwise. While I was waiting for my service-work on my 2013 Prius Persona, I was shown some new cars by a former Army vet. My service advisor, "Toon" was excellent. He was knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. I did't buy my '13 Prius there, but plan to next go-around (assuming they are still competitive)... More

I had purchase a new vehicle 5 months ago from Power Toyota in Arizona and was very taken care of from start to finish from Mr. Laurence Bautista. When it was time for my first service Mr. Eddie Alameda Toyota in Arizona and was very taken care of from start to finish from Mr. Laurence Bautista. When it was time for my first service Mr. Eddie Alameda was the service person whom took care of all my needs. Mr. Bautista and Mr. Alameda has gone above and beyond their scopes of responsibility to ensure all my paperwork and service were met in a timely and professional manner. Employees such as these guys are the direct reflection of the leadership and the success that Toyota has in Arizona. They are both PROFESSIONALS AT IT'S VERY BEST. I will not shop or service my vehicle anywhere else other than Power Toyota mainly because of these two individuals. More
I have found Andy to be very professional, thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. He has answered all my questions, and resolved any concerns I may have had, to my satisfaction. Anyway, I give this dealership high marks for selling me a 2005 Scion XB, and for servicing it the way they have. This truly has been a great car for the ease of use and dependability at 87,000 miles. Pretty peppy too! I like the ease of getting in and out of the car as well. The service group has a nice lounge area, and kept me updated on the time I would spend in it. Prices for service are not too bad either. Friendly helpful staff all around, even the guy that drives the shuttle. I like it that they would buy the car back! What a great compliment to the car. Just that I don't have any plans to sell it. It works too well. More
Had 95,000 mile service done on my 2002 Tundra. Primary reason was to change the timing belt, but I also had them change the serpentine belt and the water pump while they were in there. I had obtained quo reason was to change the timing belt, but I also had them change the serpentine belt and the water pump while they were in there. I had obtained quotes from Gruleich's, Sun Devil Auto and Power Toyota Tempe, but Power was the least expensive which was a pleasant surprise as I preferred certified Toyota techs worked on it. Mark Williams quoted a firm price for the work which I appreciated. I would have rated them excellent in quality but the vehicle was returned with a little antifreeze splashed on the fender. I took it back a few days later and they not only washed it but detailed it. I will definitely give them a chance to do work for me again. P.S. A few days after this visit, I returned to purchase a new Tacoma from their Internet Dept. (The Tundra is being sold to my youngest son for him to drive for the next 100,000 miles.) More
Day 1: 04/25/2012 7am - 2010 Toyota Tundra 4x4 brought in for 15K service and alignment. Truck returned 5pm. Truck alignment worse after service. In the process of moving, needed truck. Day 2: 05/11/2012 for 15K service and alignment. Truck returned 5pm. Truck alignment worse after service. In the process of moving, needed truck. Day 2: 05/11/2012 7am - Truck returned to fix alignment. Informed at 1pm by me calling the Service Dept. as I had not heard from them that alignment bay was down for broken parts. Truck picked up at 5pm. Day 3: 05/14/2012 7am - Truck returned for alignment a 3rd time. Called dealership at 1pm as I had not heard from them. Truck at an offsite alignment shop being aligned. Received call at 3pm that truck was completed. I asked Service Adviser if he had driven the truck to make sure that the alignment was done properly. He had not. I asked him to do so. Received call from Service Adviser at 4pm informing me that alignment was not done properly. Day 4:05/15/2012 1pm - I called dealership as I had not heard from them. Service Adviser had gone home sick. Speak with someone named Alan whom was turning over my service to Bob Rose, Director of Service. 4pm received call from Bob informing me that my truck was being pulled back into the bay to check if it was done properly. Day 5: 05/16/2012 9am - I called Bob Rose to confirm that the service had been done on the truck. Bob will verify at 10am this morning. I am expected to pick it up at noon today. Conclusion: 4.5 days & $210.00 thus far for an oil change, alignment, tire balance, cabin air filter change, and tire rotation. Unacceptable. Re: Met with Bob Rose (Director of Service) today at 12:30pm. Bob personally met with me for 30min explaining the issues that occurred and completely refunded my entire purchase of $210. Total miles obtained while at Toyota for this service work, 118.7mi. Not only did Bob fix the problems, he personally drove my vehicle to confirm the issues were repaired to the highest Toyota standards. This was an outstanding move by a dealership of this caliber. I want to personally thank Power Toyota for finally stepping up to the plate and taking care of a soon to be long-term customer. Thank you Bob Rose. More
My experience at Power Toyota was great fun. I went in for an oil change and in my wanderings Kim approached me about questions I may have. She took me all over the dealership in the golf cart to see all for an oil change and in my wanderings Kim approached me about questions I may have. She took me all over the dealership in the golf cart to see all the available cars that might meet my want list.We talked a bit and I told her that my husband and I were looking to see what kind of trade in we could get on my '08 Prius against a newer one. She got the staff working on a quote and was able to get the trade $$ where it would be feasible to buy today. I had the luck of finding not only a car that would be great for me but also within the price range we could afford. Randy stepped in and went to bat for me to increase the trade allowance for my '08. The entire experience was quick, flexible enough to benefit us both and very customer friendly. I also had a great time with the finance manager who stayed 2 plus hours beyond his shift to process my paperwork because his loan officer was getting bogged down. His personal insights into the other products Toyota sells helped convince me that the extended warranty I wanted was good coverage but their were many other optional services that would be a great benefit also. I ended up with a great fabric protector, a great interest rate and theft protection too. The no pressure environment, and the friendliness of the staff means I would not hesitate to recommend Power Toyota to anyone. More
