I am 60 yrs old and have only bought a vehicle from a dealership 2 times in my life just to avoid dealerships. I bought a Camry from this dealership 1 year ago and the experience was much better than I a dealership 2 times in my life just to avoid dealerships. I bought a Camry from this dealership 1 year ago and the experience was much better than I anticipated. So I have decided to let this dealership perform the maintenance and so far it has been very smooth and happy with their work and customer service. More

I’ve been coming to Tempe Toyota for over 20 years. My family and I have all purchased multiple cars here through the years. Today I came in for an oil change and née brakes. He is always so kind, professional and has a lot of great knowledge of Toyota’s in general. I always call ahead to make sure he is working in a day when I bring my car in because I know I can trust him. That’s just a big thing for me as I’m sure it is with most. Called Rich Taylor and explained the issue, and he said bring it in. Arrived and was met by Rich and was told that it was be about 1.5 hrs. I have been getting my vehicle serviced at autonation toyota since I bought it last year. I have never received good service. Small things such as tire psi was marked at 36 in all tires when none of them toyota since I bought it last year. I have never received good service.
