I’m a female and came in by myself. I don’t feel like I was listened to or my concerns were heard. For my first service appointment, after they were done, my car was parked under a tree for a few hours. Wh was listened to or my concerns were heard. Nobody offered to send it through the wash or apologized or anything. Just very poor customer service overall, from the start of the buying process to subsequent service. More

Rich Taylor has been my service advisor from the very beginning of my move to Tempe AZ 8 years ago. He is always friendly, helpful, considerate and very knowledgeable about all things mechanical. Moreove beginning of my move to Tempe AZ 8 years ago. He is always friendly, helpful, considerate and very knowledgeable about all things mechanical. Moreover he went above and beyond knowing my concerns about getting Covid again (got it the first time at my second vaccine site in a local pharmacy grocery store-- because a few selfish people refused to wear masks in the area I was waiting for my vaccine---and now 7.5 mo later I am a long haul Covid sufferer ) and Rich was the ONLY employee I saw at Autonation Toyota that had one on when he came to me and interacted with me--- something I appreciated. Too bad more people in this city and at places of business are not as considerate as this excellent employee of yours is. It is ONLY because of him that I will come back during this pandemic---otherwise my business goes elsewhere to places where employees and patrons all mask up until the danger is passed. More
