All of the sales, parts and service personnel I have dealt with since 2006 regarding three hybrid vehicles, one Highlander and two Priuses have been honest and reliable. I will likely purchase my next Toyota at this trustworthy Dealership.

Your service tech left the oil pan nut/bolt loose after an oil change. Truck was leaking oil when I got home. I tightened the nut. Damage could have been greater. Also, no car wash service at your dealer. More
