My visit was not good had made an appointment for 12:00PM HAD TO WAIT 3HRS for a simple oil change. Can not understand why it takes longer for an oil change than it does for a repair job. Seen a lot of peopl HAD TO WAIT 3HRS for a simple oil change. Can not understand why it takes longer for an oil change than it does for a repair job. Seen a lot of people leave before us I'm sure they had more work done to their car than we did. I think this is our last visit to this dealer will drive the extra mile to find better service. Service guy was Mike Conner and Technician Padama Romeo. The cost for oil change $79.28 should of been $36.00 what a rip off. More

My service advisor Chris was awesome as always but when I got home from having the oil changed I found oil on the floor of my garage.
