I had been working with the same service manager for about 4 years and when he left I felt abandoned. As a woman I am not very trusting of service people because of past experiences being lied to. I waited over 15 minutes to get my car checked in for my appointment. People who arrived after me, got checked in before me while I sat in my car waiting for the particular person who was supposed to help m appointment.
