I went in for an 8:30 am appointment for regular maintenance. There was a long line of cars waiting ahead of me. I was checked if I had an appt. and 10 minutes later the advisor took the info for th maintenance. There was a long line of cars waiting ahead of me. I was checked if I had an appt. and 10 minutes later the advisor took the info for the car. At 9 the car was still in the receiving queue. 2 hours (11:00) and the car was done. I choose to have rear brakes replaced and a tire pressure sensor replaced. I was given an hour and a half estimate for completion but did not drive away until 1:30. 5 hours but I feel my car is ready for my upcoming road trip and the comfort of the lounge made my wait time pleasant. Coffee and water, plenty of room for the customers who waited for their cars to spread out and knowing that everyone at AutoNation Temp Toyota were trying their best to provide the best service they could in this trying time of Covid and not enough staff that want to work More
