Service shop experience has been less than stellar. I schedule an appointment for a specific time for routine maintenance (oil, filter,rotation) but when I show up there are 50 cars in line and I am to I schedule an appointment for a specific time for routine maintenance (oil, filter,rotation) but when I show up there are 50 cars in line and I am told it will take 2 hours to complete the work. Now I have to ride the shuttle to work but I can't ever get a ride back (text messages go unanswered, calls go unanswered) so I have to inconvenience a coworker to drive me to the dealership. More

I always stay and wait for my car's regular service. Whether scheduled appointment or walk-in, service process is organised, efficient, and predictable. Advisor Anthony Moreno is professional. As always, the folks at the checkout counter are always polite, considerate and hooks my son up with Rice Krispy treats. My only suggestion is to bring back courtesy car washes for big services.
