It took a while for the serv. rep. to come to my car and talk to me Too hot to be sitting & waiting for 15mi or so. His estimate on the time of service completion was way off. I was also disappointed that they no longer washed the cars. I may try to take my car else where for service that also wash the car! I think, that the company is doing itself disservice by having "dirty, ugly" cars on the streets. More

I had a lot of troubles to read, then, finance guy used his finger to sign for me... so frustrated situation, Then, my monthly payments were changed to 72 instead of 66. That was one of the reasons, finance guy was forcing me to use my iPhone instead one big screen, I thought it. -Vehicle was delivered in poor conditions, I reported it 5 minutes after I took the Tundra. (Ripped inside, stain grease, scratching outside passenger side mirror. Factory defect on the passenger seat, seat side). -After 17 days my payoffs trades were not paid yet. - Only one person, Jean, is trying to help me to solve all those issues. MY WORST VEHICLE PURCHASE EXPERCIENCE I'VE BEEN NEVER GET. More
