Over and beyond. 4. You kept your word in a world that doesn’t. 3. You did what’s expected. 2. Disappointed. 1. xxx happened?! “Money back guarantee- we want you to love your vehicle.” I don’t think this applies if they don’t believe you’re actually going to return it. Haha Full disclosure, I showed up in rental car needing a vehicle. They knew this. Hopefully it lets me post pics because I’d let y’all be the judge. This vehicle had very unequally yoked tires and I expressed concern before purchase and before the test drive but was told to be good to go. I take it home and the night of my boy tells me the back tires have to go. I take pics, post them in multiple overland groups and they all come to the same conclusion, tires need to be changed now or in the near future. I bring it back and they bring to their mechanic and they say 3-4 months. Their manger says no and says 10k-15k miles. One of the bad tires had a nail in it, highly doubt I picked that up in 48 hours but they fixed it. As I’m leaving after the fix, I go to the Costco across the street and as I come out with groceries I kid you not, a man was admiring the truck. We talked and he after he shared his concern with the back tires with low tread. So what? I buy four new tires soon or i keep buying two tires at a time? It’s just disappointing to keep hearing the same thing over and over after dropping so much coin. Also I had to go back the next day over some paperwork which sucked but whatever but because I had to I was told id get a top off on my tank. Alright, okay! I’m about it! I asked for it it and he said I didn’t even use that much. Lol I mean.. isn’t that what a top off is? More
