A lot of rude and unhelpful people work here. My 1st sales agent got mad because I was not buying THAT day (was waiting on a large deposit to clear and wanted to narrow down my options to be sure My 1st sales agent got mad because I was not buying THAT day (was waiting on a large deposit to clear and wanted to narrow down my options to be sure which I wanted with such a large purchase)... and turned from simles and happy to rude and trying to get me to leave when I only asked to test 2 vehicles. Later I was helped by 2 nice people. Then my next issue. To this day after asking a minimal of 6 different people to change it and over a year later.... My dad keeps getting my emails for my vehicle yet I never gave them his email (he inquired on his own separately). Then I had warranty questions since last year and called in idk how many times and no one could answer me or call me back after trying about 10 times over the span of about 6mo. Finally I got annoyed one day and said "please do not pass me to voice-mail. No one calls me back. I want a person"..... I got passed to voice-mail I called again and asked the same. Yet again I got a VM. So naturally I got mad and called a 3rd time to where I heard them pick up the phone and hang up on me. Naturally AGAIN I got more mad and called again and they did it again. Each time I called I maintained my tone and was as nice as possible. To be treated this way is insanely ridiculous. Finally after calling back about 8 more times (after kmI kept bejng hung up on without even a "hello"...) a nice man named Robert answered my questioned in less than 2 minutes. So WHY I needed to go through all that is beyond me!!! I will never buy from this dealer again. As a former manager myself, a good half of the team if not more needs a good lesson in customer service because it's TERRIBLE!!! More
