Oil cap was not replaced after oil change. Five minutes after leaving dealership I smelled smoke and stopped. Opened the hood and oil was dripping down on the engine. I had a very long day and confusion as to who was servicing me. I purchased a Honda with a Toyota Auto Nation service agreement. i mistakenly went to Honda for service. I wasn't informed until approx. an hour later that I needed to go down the road to Toyota. Once I was in the proper place I was informed of the progress of my car by Eddie. He was very helpful on what would happen with my filter replacements,which had to be ordered. Instead of me waiting longer I was sent home and asked to come back once the filter was received. I could not return due to my unexpected illness. Of course Eddie was off and the filter was used on another car. This is when Chris had a filter delivered and I returned in 3 hours, Chris replaced the filter and sent me on my way in 15 min. Thank you for your excellent service. More
The salesperson, Paityn, was wonderful. The manager on duty at the time was disrespectful to Paityn and myself. He he could’ve gotten up and walked over and talked to her or he could’ve called her. Either way we were in the middle of a conversation. I was then directed to the finance office where he reviewed The warranty is available for me and the cost I politely declined. He went over it again and again and again and seven times I declined this. I finally asked them if they really wanted to sell me this car or not. Very high sales did not like it at all. The best part of the whole situation was dealing with Paityn. She answered all my questions. She helped me figure out my car. She apologized for other people. I found the several people who helped my during my visit for maintenance of my Sienna van were exceptionally nice. Went in for simple oil change and tire rotation for 100 bux. The tpms was not reset and is lit on the dash. Three calls to Service with messages left not returned two weeks later Not Happy! bux.
