Kim was far and above any sales representative we have ever dealt with! She was extremely knowledgable, respectful of our preferences (for a no frills car that maximizes mileage), and did not pressure us ever dealt with! The finance team was also excellent. I should say, however, that we have been into this dealer at other times, were not at all impressed, and purchased from other dealerships. Compared with our experience at another dealership,at Power the sales staff seemed much more knowledgeable about the various models available and made a concerted effort to be sure that we received the vehicle that WE wanted as opposed to one they wanted to sell. When it came time to discuss the price and the trade-in value of our previous vehicle,usually a trying time for car buyers,we were amazed that we were offered a higher trade-in for our old vehicle AND a lower sale price on the new vehicle than we had anticipated. In short,we had nothing to haggle about! In addition,Customer Relations Coordinator Jean Wilkie and Finance Manager David Warren made the after market additions to the vehicle and the actual paperwork absolutely painless.
