I was happy with the price of my car and the speed in which the transaction was completed. My daughter and I were browsing on the lot when we met Kimberly Franklin. We took the car for a test drive and I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I went to pick up my old car to trade and when we arrived back I was informed that Joe Johnson would be completing the sale because we had spoken earlier on the phone. Joe called me after an internet inquiry regarding a completely different car. When we spoke on the phone, Joe wanted to set up an appointment to come and view the Corolla and the Yaris. I did tell him that I would be in later that morning to mid-afternoon. It was a very loose appointment at best. I had no idea that I was supposed to be working with Joe. I really enjoyed working with Kim and she was very gracious about the entire situation. She had absolutely no prior knowledge that I had talked to Joe on the phone and I had no idea I needed to work with Joe due to an internet inquiry. I am not in any way saying Joe didn't do a good job, because he did, but Kim did most of the work and sold me on the car. A split commission seems reasonable to me. I also worked with Carmello, and he was very nice and pleasant to work with. Todd Firestine was the one that completed the paperwork. He got things done quickly but was a little pushy on the Gap Insurance. I didn't buy it. Overall I was pleased and I am happy with my car. More

We contacted Richard Ouellette through the Costco Auto Program after we were disappointed in how we were treated at another Toyota dealership as repeat customers who had bought two cars there. Richard was courteous, engaging and professional in explaining how the Costco program worked and guided us through the process with clear and timely e-mail communications, product information and discussions at the dealership. Our 2012 Prius V was ready when Richard promised with all the work we'd agreed on completed, and Richard oriented us to all of its new technology and features. Tom Sullivan handled all of the financing and paperwork for our sale efficiently and expertly. We have never received the kind of competent, customer-focused service that Tom and Richard provided in purchasing a car. Both of them clearly communicated that they appreciated and valued our business during and after the sale. We'd recommend the Power Toyota internet program without hesitation. More

Buying a car is usually the 2nd most stressful financial item for people, aside from purchasing a home. However, Derrick and staff at Power Toyota made the experience a much more enjoyable venture.
