I found a car very close to what I was looking for online with Power Toyota. I went to look at it, letting them know it was literally the first car I was looking at in my search and would be doing more rese with Power Toyota. Richard and the people in finance at Power really changed my opinion about car shopping. I'd honestly been dreading the process but they really listened to me and worked with me to create a sale we could all feel good about. Had been searching Autotrader for quite some time to replace my truck (which was totaled when a distracted driver rear-ended it). I live in Oklahoma and this dealership is in Phoenix, so I would be buying the truck site unseen. Gus assured me that these types of deals come up fairly regularly, and he was very helpful providing pictures and describing the vehicle in detail to me over the phone while he was standing next to it. I had a buddy in the area stop by to look at it and test drive it. Then we made the deal. Gus arranged for it to be shipped and helped me through the paperwork process. He had an '11 with less than 10k miles on it with the exact specs I was seeking. Laurence was just straight forth with me and didn't play any of the typical car salesmen games that I have experienced in the past. It took about 20 minutes to get the quote, price and drive completed. Another hour for paperwork. Joe Johnson made the process totally painless and easy.
