I did try going to one other place in person and they did not have the selection or good prices I was looking for and gave me too much pressure. Fabian Villalobos took good care of me and offered just what I needed and did not try to upsale me at all. I will definitely go back when it's time for another car. Also, the finance person, Alan Chan gave exceptional service also. Again, he did not try to upsale but just explained our options clearly and without pressure. More

They fool customers I bought Scion TC 2009 model on December 5. On delivery date floor cover for the boot was missing , there was something loose in the boot. After requesting too much salesman brought us cover after an hour wait and then Manager over there said that they will give me appointment to fix boot after the money check i gave gets clear. Its been a month the check got clear but i never got any phone call from Auto nation. This is the worst service i have ever experienced. Auto Nation should be ashamed of themselves for using such unethical means to fool their customers. More
Awful!!!! I purchased a convertible 2005 Ford Mustang in August. 2-3 weeks later the rear window started separating from the top. I took the car into the service department and ended up arguing with the general manager and he said "what do you expect us to do about it?" Now that I've financed this "great" car I have to put almost $2,000 into the car. I will never step got back into this show room and will deter anyone I talk to from going here. STAY AWAY!!! More

As soon as you walk in the door your are treated as a guest and made very welcome. It was a very low-pressure experience without all of the stressful haggling and the dealer does not force any extra options on you. I was deciding between two brands to buy from and what made the difference to me was my experience at each dealership. At the other dealer it was a very cold and unwelcoming environment in which the salesman had a sort of buy it or get out attitude. While I liked their product the employees did not offer much help and were almost rude. Besides selling a great product, my experience with this dealer was amazing. Jon was an amazing salesman to work with and would not hesitate to go back to him again. I simply can't say enough about the entire dealership. More

waste of time We were two people interesting two Camry SE for lease. We had a consensus with the managers and paid $500.00 to reserve a car for 5 days. In fact they offered this to us before we leave and we accepted. Once we went back to dealer after 5 days, as if we did not have a consensus we were new people who were asking car to lease, they increased the monthly leasing price %33more what we had in consensus with them on a signed deal. In addition, after few minutes, they said my friend was not eligible to lease due to the low credit score. This was a big lie. One day after, we leased the cars from another dealer with a cheaper monthly payment with the higher credit scores. I never stop by autonation toyota anyomore. More
