Fabulous lease experience, Team went beyond I wanted to get another Avalon lease (my 4th) and I specified my exact requirements and put my request out to bid through Edmunds. Jon at Autonation T I wanted to get another Avalon lease (my 4th) and I specified my exact requirements and put my request out to bid through Edmunds. Jon at Autonation Toyota answered by email (and did not barge down my door with an immediate phone call.) His was easily the best bid and once I confirmed he had my vehicle in stock, I quickly committed to an appointment and the lease. Other bidders were quick to ask what the bid was so they could see if they could beat it. Frankly, if they were going to beat it, I expected them to play straight with me from the start. Jon gave me a better price than I asked for without playing any games. I wanted to spend as little time in the dealership as possible and Jon accommodated me. Due to life, I had to change my appointment time three times and each time Jon was accommodating and respectful. He did have only a few papers for me to fill out. I then sat with a finance person who only asked me about one option which I had on my prior lease and she was very good at explaining how it would affect my lease payments. No hard sell or surprises. Amy, the Internet Sales director introduced herself to me and made sure I was pleased with my lease experience. I walked in, dropped off my old lease and drove off in under an hour. Sweet! Throughout Jon was helpful, low key, pleasant and service oriented. He even offered for me to keep my old license plate. NOW: here's the coda. I surprised my wife with the new lease. She is the primary driver of the car and hated the interior color scheme (chocolate brown, black and tan interior). So, I called Jon and asked what my options were. Jon in his unflappable manner said he would check into that with his managers and get back to me. In fifteen minutes, Amy called and reviewed what I could do and what was not possible. Again, she was very pleasant and helpful. About fifteen minutes later she called back with another option: the three parts that were chocolate brown might be recovered in an acceptable color by a custom leather shop they worked with. We are in the process of working through the details but that looks like it might be a viable option. All this on the last day of the month when they were scrambling to make end of month closings. Put me down as impressed. I had a great experience and actually drove past two other Toyota dealerships to get to theirs and I'm glad I did. I would recommend them in a flash. Five stars. More

But, I feel the CFS manager rushed through our financing options since it was the last day of the month and he was off for the next two days. We filled out a lengthy credit report for nothing. We did not even get an actual financing rate since it was Saturday evening and the banks were closed. I would have liked to have seen my finance options. So, I had to stick with my banks rate that I was not happy with. I did not take the car that day, so we could have done the financing paper work the next day. This dealership has nice clean pre-owned cars. More

Once they had the car sold we were disregarded ! I was promised a second key to my car I purchased, the next day I went to pay my deposit and was pretty much shunned. Isabella that sold us the car was nice on day one and completely rude the next day, and unwilling to help us out with a key or speaking to a manager or anything else, she kept saying there's nothing she can do and she didn't know who can help us or where a manager was either , it seemed she could careless if we were helped or not and she got a nice attitude as well. I wasn't happy with the treatment at all. Once the sale was made they washed their hands of us!!!! More

Compared to the Acura TL, my new Avalon is hands down the better vehicle (safety, luxury, gas mileage, and space). Although Patrick (the young and inexperienced "manager" at superstition springs) and the downright rude online trio at Big Two provided the worst shopping experience ever, the 3 car professionals mentioned above redeemed the buying experience. No haggling, pressure, or swindling lies. Our buying knowledge was respected and these gentlemen maintained integrity, kindness, dignity, and shared In the excitement of our new car purchase (the last over 10 years ago) as this is a masters degree graduation gift to myself! If you want to be treated with hospitality, respect and integrity (the language of caring), then these gentlemen are for you.
